Key Job Responsibilities

To assist the Senior Manager, Finance in handling all aspect of accounting and finance related functions of the Bank.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Accounting or Finance or other equivalent accounting related professional qualification from a recognised institution.
  • At least 3 years' experience in handling accounting/finance related duties and responsibilities.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Able to work independently, analytical and possess problem resolution skills.
  • Good communication skills, both written and spoken in BM and English.
  • Demonstrates high level of integrity and honesty.

Corporate Executive, Legal & Compliance

Key Job Responsibilities

  • To assist and support the Bank's Company Secretary
  • To assist and support the Bank's Legal & Compliance Department responsibilities and certain administrative functions which include among others, tasks related to reporting, research work, provision of advisory, maintaining registers, custodian of statutory & legal documentation of the Bank and submission of the Bank's statutory fillings & returns
  • To assist and support the Bank's training and awareness program involving the Legal & Compliance Department
  • To assist and support any corporate related task as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Law or Corporate Administration or MAICSA graduate or other related discipline from a recognised institution.
  • Preferably minimum of 3 to 4 years exposure and able to handle company secretarial / corporate legal and compliance duties and responsibilities.
  • Knowledge and understanding of company statutory and secretarial documentation and processes, banking processes and/or corporate and commercial laws, legal codes, procedures, precedents, government regulations and executive orders shall be an added advantage.
  • Good communication skills, both written and spoken in BM and English.
  • Able to maintain high level of confidentiality, discretion and integrity.

Human Resource Intern

Key Job Responsibilities

Assist the HR & Admin team in administrative tasks, including:
  • filing and organising of documents / record keeping;
  • organising / coordinating HR activities / events / training; drafting templates / forms / posters/ slides / adverts;
  • HR surveys / benchmarking / info gathering; and
  • handling correspondences /email/ queries.

Requirements

  • Must be Sarawakian.
  • Good written and interpersonal communication skills in English and Malay, with attention to detail.
